THERE IS NO LOVE MORE SINCERE than the love of food.

A graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Chef Andres has been working in the foodservice and hospitality industries for nearly 20 years.

He discovered his hidden talent and passion for the culinary arts during an apprenticeship as a young man in Bogota, Colombia, which inspired him to pursue formal training.  Prior to relocating to Denver, CO, Chef Andres oversaw the operations of various high-volume, corporate restaurants and had his time as the Chef d’Cuisine at The Grill Room at The Riverside Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL, a fine dining restaurant, reminiscent of an old British officer’s club of the 1940s and 1950s, and in need of some serious revamping, such as menu changes and preparations.    During his time at the Grill Room, he was awarded many accolades and honors, including the prestigious Four-Diamond, AAA and the Best Overall Restaurant in South Florida by Gold Coast magazine in 2007-2008. 

Throughout his career, Chef Andres has worked as Executive Chef at several well-known restaurants as well as opened free-standing restaurants, consulted for private and public companies and offered private catering services.  At this point in his career, Chef Andres is looking to focus on sharing his love of cooking and the knowledge he has acquired over his many years as a professional in a more personal manner. 

His passion for tasty food, good times, and sharing his love for cooking with others are the main reasons for the launch of Boutique Chef Services, and his mission is to work with you in your own kitchen using your own tools and ingredients to create wonderful meals for you to share with your family and friends.
